Submitting an application does not guarantee membership, access, approval, reservations, services, or any other relationship with REIGN. Access decisions are made by authorized personnel using legitimate professional, service, reputational, and security considerations.

These terms will be expanded prior to transactional membership or booking. Until then, this site and application are offered as a private introduction to the institution.
